Scott Renshaw.com

I met Scott while I was covering all of the National Tournaments for both Professional Paintball Leagues. He is an excellent photographer and when he mentioned he needed a site, it was a quick decision to get started.

Scott was already moving along with his photography at this point and was already looking at Photo Reflect to display photos to his clients. So he wanted a clean design that would easily migrate into that without looking too disjointed. It was a pleasure working with him because he knew what he wanted before I started so I was able to work directly towards accomplishing the technical needs to present his vision in code.

It turned out to be a fairly simple task so while it was a small job, it was a memorable one as it was my first real commercial client. I host the site as well on my servers so while Scott has gone on to use Simple Viewer for galleries and has learned to edit the pages, the layout and design has persisted.

The only real tasks other than some simple roll overs to give the black and white to color effect, was putting in a javascript on the front page that would randomly display an image from a chosen few that Scott tagged. Below are a few thumbnails for images of the site, but its worth giving it a visit to see some of his work.
